1. Introduction

Welcome to Parking Space Finder. By using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services.

2. Service Description

The app provides parking space information based on contributions from OpenStreetMap. The base map used in the app is provided by Apple Maps. We do not guarantee the legality, availability, or accuracy of the information provided.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with local traffic regulations, observing all traffic signs, and ensuring that parking in a specific spot is legally permitted.

4. Third-Party Data and Licensing

Parking data is provided by OpenStreetMap contributors under the Open Database License (ODbL). Base maps are provided by Apple Maps under Apple's terms.

Some parking places include a link to a website taken from OpenStreetMap, where anyone can add or change it. We have not checked these websites and are not responsible for their content. Before a link opens, the app shows its full address and asks you to confirm. If a link leads somewhere wrong or harmful, please tell us at [email protected] and we will remove it.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or availability of parking information. The app is provided "as is" without any warranties.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app, or any parking decisions made by users.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All non-third-party content within the app is the intellectual property of Parking Space Finder and may not be used without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of the app after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.
